hello QL advisers,

Im am already cancelled my working visa here in Qatar last june 2010, but my previuos company is grant me NOC, thats why i came back here with a NEW VISA. Now im asking if necessary to get a POLICE CLEARANCE from my country just like the requirements in TRANSFER OF SPONSORSHIP?Please advise me what should i do to process my PATAKA here.

I'm a father sponsor and about to get a working permit from the Ministry of Labour here. They are saying that one requirement is a police clearance here. Just want to ask if do I need to get a new clearance from my country like the NBI clearance from Philippines before I can get the police clearance here? Im already a long time resident here. Pls Help.

Well, as for me, I was asked to bring in Police clearance before my RP could be processed. But at no stage did my HR department ask for it. Guess you should consult with ur PRO

Even my visa status is FRESH or NEW? Because my previuos company cancel my visa and ill came back from my country. With a defferent sponsor
