Does anybody know what is procedure for getting the Police Clearance Certificate for Canadian. I heard a concerned officer comes from GCC country and issue this Ceritificate. Is it true.
my wife did it last month. get a bank draft (drawn on a canadian bank), bring your passport and proof of citizenship, and have the form ready to sign in front of the consul at the sheration.
email the embassy in kuwait - they will tell you where to register so that you will be advised of his next visit.

It is easy. Every once in a while (usually once a month or so) an officer from the Canadian Embassy in Kuwait is coming to Doha. All you need to prepare is your original passport and Bank Draft for 50 bucks (canadian bucks, eh?). This officer is sitting at Sheraton Hotel on certain hours during couple of days. You come there and sign affidavit that you have no crime records in Canada whatsoever. THIS is your Canadian Police Clearance Certificate.. I LOVE IT!

Easiest way is , of course getting it from Canada, if that is impossible you can contact the Canadian Embassy in Kuwait that takes care of QATAR at the moment. This process takes too much time.
I know that on certain intervals a representative from the Embassy visits Doha and You can meet with him but I do not have any idea when will be the next visit.
