I did not signed any contract from my employer, they are my sponsor. I resigned from my job because of salary issues and I go back to my country. I was surprised because my visa was not cancelled, so I decided to come back to Qatar and I arrived 1 week ago. My question is:

1. Can i ask my sponsor to give me a NOC?
2. If they don't give me a NOC, where can i go to ask for help?

I would appreciate very much any advice that you can give me.

Thanks to all and may GOD continue to shower HIS blessings to all.

The validity of my RP is until January of 2010. My sponsor did not cancelled my visa and RP that's why i came back hoping that i can work with other company even without noc.

First of all your question is not clear. How did you go back? without processing your Residence Permit? I mean before processing your RP? How did you come back to Qatar? on visit visa or residence visa? If you quit qatar without processing the RP you can comeback without NOC.

You may certainly ask your sponsor to give you an NOC. They have every right to deny it. Signing a contract, quitting, coming back has nothing to do with it.

Though i did not sign any contract with them?

Though they let me quit my job?

Though they did not cancelled my visa?

There is NONE you can do besides PRAY that they might consider giving you one, otherwise you'll end up back to your country and be banned for 2 years before coming back here to work.
