hi....i am working in a tradimg company and i have no progress by workimg there for more.now seriously i am in a trap/another sponsor promise me that he can sponsor me but i cant get the NOC.my question is that if i leave that company can i come back here for visit without noc.what are the possibilities.please heilp me and thanks in advance............

Now you cannot even come back on Visit Visa if you leave without the permission of your sponsor.

O just remembered No one can leave this country without the permission of the Sponsor! Unless you on a visit visa!

You should either get the NOC or wait for 2 years to work for another Sponsor. Think twice before signing a contract as you will find many others getting higher salaries than you and will become desperate. It will not be so easy to change the jobs in Qatar.

Friend , the Qatar rule is to stay back for 2years , but i heard that in Dec 25 some changes will be made for some laws . . . Better u convince ur sponsor and offer a certain money . . .""Nothing will fly above money ""

Leave without an NOC, and you cannot come back for 2 years. There is no way around the system here.
