Hi Everybody

One of my friend came here on work visa to work for a Company on 14th December 2008. He signed contract but His Visa processes (MEDICAL, Finger and ID) are yet to be finished. He dont like that company so he need to resign and go back to India.

My Question is if he need to come back again to Qatar does he needs NOC from his current employer.

Pls advice

thanks in advance

my friend came here like this.... he even completed medical and fingerprint.. later he got a good job.

with the permisison of earlier sponsor , now he is going to join the second sponsor

i thnk u need an NOC..it is better to ask permission and NOC from the frist sponsor. After all, your friend is here in Qatar, due to the visa of the first sponsor, dont forget that

if he hadnt done with finger prints and medical it means his visa process is not completed yet and he leave the and wanna come back then he would be needing another sponsor

If he came here on a working visa and their office started the "process" (medical, et. al.) The visa has been processed and not yet completed that means he needs NOC because he will be cancelled by the immigration upon exit.
