NOC available but very complex situation!

Hi!
I have joined a company in Doha 5-6 months ago, but during medical they found some scar in my X ray and referred me to Rumailah Hospital. However, Doctor cleared me of any disease and I stayed in Qatar.
Now due to financial difficulty, my company is offering NOC/release to employees. And I have a couple of opportunity in front of me..... But, if I am not wrong...
1. In case of NOC- I will have to exit and reenter Qatar and the medical problem may happen again which I want to avoid at all cost.
2. In case of release- I haven't completed 1 year in company so far (if there is timeline to get release).

What is the option for me now. I will appreciate if anyone can come up with some good solution for my case.

if you have a NOC and offer from other companies,no need to panic, your visa will be transferred and no medical will be done,All the best

When I switched companies, no new medical tests were done, and I did not leave the country at all.

Well, try to stay in the same sponsorship for another 4 to 5 months, then take 6 months (Secondment letter). Later it is possible to change sponsorship. Alternatively, you go for long leave to India and by the time you come back to Doha it will be 1 year of service and you can get 6 month release letter (provided your existing company is not winding up).
