No visa application in Abu hamour branch?

Hi All,

I went to Immigration office in Abu hamour branch,to submit my requirements in applying a family visit visa for my brother. When i am going to give it with one of the personnel in the counter she told me that they are not accepting visa application and I should go to any other branch.

Is it true that they are not able to process visa application from that branch?

Any suggestion and tips are much appreciated.

I applied visit visa at Abu hamoor anf gotted.

for example..i went to wakrah branch and they told me for all family visa applications only main branch
