My Company is playing with me ? needs urgent help

I had resigned and my last day is over but the Company is not in a mood to pay the pending amount. They are experts in these cases and its there common routine with everyone. The problem is if i complains to labor court then it will take a month to get the case resolved. I ve seen such examples recently. I want to leave this country on very urgent basis now what should i do to take my money back from them in a short period of time.

I have contacted my consulate but they are also hocus-pocus. If i ll go to court then it will take a month, now what should i do within legal limits to take all my money (2 months salaries) and exit permit...Please serious and urgent advise.

The Qatari sponsors have good relations with the labor courts head which saves them from getting blacklisted. Hunders of people from this Company went to court and NHRC but uptil now it is not blacklisted.

Go to labout court and also NHRC ( national human rights commitee ) they will definetely help you. Now they are strict and they will black list your company.

Good luck.

You need to definitely go to the Labor department and the Human Rights department.if you need the money you will have to sacrifice your time and stay for this, or once you exit the country the labor wont take the case seriously.its only the labor department who will refer this case to the court. the department is helpful in such cases and will assist you.
