NO... HE HAS TO HAVE FAMILY VISA... MEANS HE SHOULD HAVE HIS WIFE PERMANENT VISA... ALSO MINIMUM SALARY IS QR5000/-

No matter as long as Fmly visit visa sponsored by son or daughter. But there is age limit + minimum salary to be checked with your PRO.
