I am an Indian having RP. I wish to bring my Wife and daughter on Family Visit Visa. My office PRO insist on Marriage Certificate for this. I do not have one as we are married 23 yrs back wherein it was not compulsary to have registered as per Hindu Law. Whereas in our passports, other one's name is mentioned as spouse. So also my daughter's passport carries both ouf our name as parents. Will this help in any way. Any other way out?. Any personal visit to the immigration will help?

Make a Marriage Certificate from Your Home Country in hindi or whatever language and put the date of your marriage on that(This should look like old one). Then do the translation copy in english show both the certificates in Embassy and get it attested by the indian embassy. and then hand it to your PRO. It is very simple.... BEST OF LUCK....

HI,

CAN YOU ARRANGE ONE AFFIDAVIT WITH INDIAN FOREIGN OFFICE SEAL (TRANSLATED IN ARABIC)?

IT WOULD WORK, YOU BETTER CONSULT SOME IMMIGRATION OFFICER DIRECTLY.

THANKS
