For filipino we don't need visa to enter bangkok or hongkong as a visitor as long as you have enough money to finance your stay and return ticket to Phils, sometimes they ask for show money or proof of you accomodation at immigration in phils.espesially if you have no travel exprience, now, if your final destination is qatar, they will ask requirements as per qatar regulation.e,i, qatar certification stamp in your passport or your residence permit in qatar if you got one. anyway, if you have residency permit in qatar so, no problem.. bangkok you can stay 14 days.

You would need only the Passport, air ticket Manila-Bangkok-Doha. your stay in Bangkok has to be less than 14 days and also you must have enough money to support you when you are in Bangkok. you already have the work visa to enter Doha. Safe trip, and enjoy your stay in Bangkok.
