Leaving the Country with a cancelled Passport

Dear Q/L Members,

I have been in Qatar for the last fifteen years and leaving Qatar for good shortly. I have renewed my Passport recently but visa, which is set to be expired soon, is in my old passport. My question is can I leave the country with my old Passport attached with new one?
