Kid's Residence Visa - Rejected

My kid's application for Residence Visa was rejected. By the way, I am a lady. My husband can't sponsor them because of his low salary. I already went to labour for meeting, and they asked me to check after 3 days, but still on the system it is still rejected. What will I do? My kids are already here on a family visit visa and they're already studying. Can anyone please give me some idea of what to do? thanks so much.

I am so depressed because i don't want to be away with my children again. For four years, i never had the chance to bring them. Only this year that i got the opportunity.

it's so sad to think that you will be separated again with your kids... but try to negotiate again with the labor officers. A friend of mine has the same flight with yours. She go to ministry of labor with the complete documents and attached letter in arabic explaining their situtations and begging for consideration, and the officers consider their application. After she receive the receipt the next day the children has the visa number.. Cheer up! There still some way and there's no impossible in prayer.

Where does it say that rule because I know several women who sponsor their children. Some don't have husbands, some are on separate sponsorship to their husbands and one even sponsors her husband. Me & my brother were on our Mums sponsorship whilst we were still at school here.

just1s is right. try to talk to the MOI officer, bring your kids with you and let your husband stay outside.

Just try and try and keep pushing until you succeed.

Onother option is for your husband to go home to your home country (can comeback after approval of family visa). And tell MOI that your husband already returned to your country.

Good luck kabayan.

You still have a chance, try to negotiate with your sponsor to assist you and explain to him the situation.

Also, try to talk to immigration officer directly, sometimes they are really considerate for the lady .. just try to get a perfect timing if the officer is in a good mode a 100% chance to approved. keep pushing him ... if he say no ... come back and ask a favor... just keep trying ... and praying.

You can do it.
