I've been searching same case here in QL but found none. I left Qatar last September 2011 due to demobilization, my company is willing to grant us NOC soon as we find a new job. And they will only issue ONCE. I went back home becoz I haven't been home for 2 years. I am planning to come to Qatar on visit visa and search jobs there. My questions are:
1. The agent for my visit visa said I need my NOC for the application of visit visa. And he is firm about this. Is this true?
2. If I get a job, from what NOC shall I present to the new company when my NOC from my previous sponsor was already given for the application of my visit visa? Take note my company will only issue ONCE.

1. You will need a NOC from your previous sponsor for you to get a Visit Visa.

2. Once you find a job, you will need a NOC from the sponsor who issued your visit visa.
