You need not worry.. come with a clear job offer in your hand and in many cases banks allow defaulters after seeing the current conditions and by submission of an undertaking to payback all dues within some stipulated time..

Even if you are blacklisted, your bank in Kuwait will be informed about your arrival.. then you can send proposal to settle the amount after joining the job at Qatar..

I m repeating, you must have clear appointment letter from the Qatar company..

Another option, if you have any friend in Kuwait, just tell him now to contact that bank of Kuwait and inform bank that you will settle the outstanding balance within 6 month or so....

All the best !!

it entirely depends if the bank has filed a legal case against you..in that case, you wont be able to leave the country or atleast enter here.. or else, no one in immigration or at airport knows you have a loan or any depts, so there shouldnt b any problm flying & immigrating in Qatar.

wish u all the best.. :)

Well, guess every one saying without knowing the rules with all my respect, Dear its all about the claim if your cerdit card is due and your bank already claim it in kuwait that mean even you can not fly from kuwait. but if still u have some pending amounts and its still valid acctive i mean your credit card so easly you can fly and stay years and years without facing any challange, if same time you are paying it on monthly basis as per your bank rules and condations. bottom line if there is a claim so this is the only challange you may face it here in Qatar to enter but if not NO WORRIES. wish you all the best and wishing a great luck in Qatar. so my advice is to you if your credit card over limited pay what is over satnding if you can not effort to pay all but without knowing of your bank that you wont be back to kuwait and once you reach here you can pay it its just like if you have a credit card pending amount you can fly dubai bahrain or even doha for example for a vaction.

and people please give adivce when you are 100% sure abt it.

cheers
