Husband sponsorship

Hi,
I am recently married.my wife does not have a passport yet.If i need to bring my wife under my sponsorship, how should i give the name in her passport.I mean,Does her only name is needed in the passport or her passport name should be my name along with her name.
First of all you have to apply new passport for you wife, as you mentioned she didnt have passport yet.so go to the passport office nearby your town , fill up the application, in the application there is row for writing husband's name.

Of sourse , your wife's name with your family name.
What ever name of your wife is written in your/her marriage certificate same should be in her passport and for children also what ever name in their birth certificate same must be in their passport
check with immigration but i think u can try just fillup the form from the moi site. im also new here so no idea
