Actually there is no specific time like what they said it depends upon the formalities of your documents and approval of your visa if there is no available visa from your company they have to seek first an approval from labour department and nowadays its not that easy to get visa for certain nationality on my end it takes 6 months before i got my visa.

i'm already waiting but i'm a little bet worry and why if i'm not impatient then qatar not for me

There is NO fixed time here. You just have to wait as long as it takes, and to be honest, if you are impatient, maybe Qatar isn't for you!

they have to complete their official formalities to allow u to work especially in the banking sector. don't worry everything will be fine at the end of the day. wish u all the best!!!!
