Hi..Anyone can help me with my present situation..

I enter Qatar with Work visa under one company, but after working with them within 3months i decided not to continue. I Arrived Doha last Feb 18 and i believed that i must have my ID before the 18th of May or i have to transfer my visa to other company if i don't want to work with them anymore. But the problem is, i m still waiting for the offer letter coming from my new employer which until now i haven't received. Do have idea how much is the penalty for overstaying? And can i still transfer my visa to other employer even if i overstayed already. Please help me and give some advise what is the best thing to do now.

I'll be given NOC.. Other question. What if, one company want to hire me but they have no Female visa but my present sponsor can transfer my visa to them. Is it possible or they really need to have a Female visa?
