I am a document controller here in qatar i was hired through agency in the philippines, i want to resign to my current job after i finished my contract (1 year) can i transffer to another company emmiedietly?

Once you resign and the RP is cancelled there is a 2 yrs ban period.

However if you manage to get a NOC from your actual employer you might be able to come back immediately. (under a different company/sponsor/contract)

may be aftr 2 years but even then (i think) u need some sort of permission from x sponsor
