I am under my husband's sponsorship but wish to offer music lessons to the public as a self employed music teacher from my home. I only wish to work a few hours a week - how do I do this legally?

It is quite common here in Qatar, running private tution classes, music classes, musical instruments training, baby sitting at home etc. etc.. for this case you can do it at home unless someone run out from your building after hear your song!!, When group of children gather together to learn music, and sing together make sure it will not disturb your neighbors and they complain, I love music, I love songs, I use to sing but a not professional singer.

There's alot of people doing this part time job from home, eg: baby sitting, tuition for school children, etc. I guest it's okay, since never heard anyone got caught coz of doing it :)

there is no real legal way .. just post an advertisement and start ur job ..

i'm doing this since YEARS ...

no one will ever ask u what are u doing at home .. cuz they can't prove that u r earning money from it ..

may be u r just teaching for free ..
