How does Qatar Petroleum recruit employees?

I have applied for quite a number of administrative positions in Qatar Petroleum until I was told that they only hire women whos' either under their husband's sponsorship or on a family visa. Is this true? If so, does that mean there's no probability at all to ever snatch an employment with them if they were to sponsor me?
Correct. Qp will not sponsor females for admin posts, even if you could get noc.
Special cases may allow senior staff females to be sponsored but this isnt often.

Administrative positions fall under ELS category so you need to be either under husband's or parent's sponsorship in order to land a job in QP...
QP does not sponsor female employees for ELS position (Employee Level Staff)... but for SS (Senior Staff) probably...
or under parent's sponsorship...
