How to cancel a family visa?

Hello All,

Just wanted to know the procedure of cancelling daughters' VISA. Their VISA's expiration was March 29, 2010... but we were undecided of whether they will still stay or not.

Does the 3 months grace period apply or we pay a penalty before cancelling VISA?

Anyone who knows, please advise.
