Hi can somebody help me how to transfer my visa if my previous sponsor's computer card is expired and before he can renew it he needs around 250,000 riyals so i think he cannot renew it. are there any other rules about it?

First you should take a NOC from your present sponsor and then he should write a letter to Immegration and explain the whole story. Its little dificult now but if your sponsor try then its very easy.
