Hi! Does anyone have an English version of the latest Qatar Labour Law?
This is just to find out whether a person who completed a 2-year contract, went on vacation but due to a fatally ill father had to resign in order to care for his father, can still come back to Qatar. The company has a policy that it will not issue NOC. But the person was locally hired and previously under family sponsorship. As the person was only on vacation, the company renewed the visa before he left Qatar. Can this person demand NOC from his previous company to be able to work for better pay? This is to support his father's big hospital bills. Can anyone help please? Can the Human Rights be of help?

Bro, as "NOC issue" have been ask for so many times in this forum, sorry to say to you but the fact remains that here NOC is everything.

This person can demand, but the company can accept or refuse (most probably refuse, since they paid money to renew, and the person resigned mid-vacation)
