3 and a half years ago, I worked here in Qatar but I resigned from my previous employer with my resident and working visa cancelled before i left the country. Now I came back to Qatar with a new employer, I already have my working visa and I already passed my medical exam, tommorow I will be going for finger printing, will I be facing any problem with regards to my finger printing? Will they require me to get an NOC / Clearance from my previous employer?

nope, they wont require NOC because your visa was cancelled three years ago.just go to for finger printing, present the form, your visa and passport. No fees will be collected.
