Family visit visa VS work visa

Hi guys...I badly in need of your help on my visa issues...Right now i am in Qatar on FAMILY VISIT VISA under my Bro-in-law's sponsorship to serch a job...fortunately i got a good offer in good company in Qatar. BUT i am struggling to change my visa type to work visa from family visit visa...Some people say i must go to my country back and come under work visa...some people say that it can be changed here....but i am confused alot on this issue...
please help me out whther i should go back to my country or it can be chenged here itself....?
yes it is possible to transfer visa without exiting Qatar. However, NOC from your previous sponost is required.

the company that gave you the offer will instruct you what needs to be done.
no need to exit. you can ask the immigration dept. in madinat khalifa if you want to make sure...

Yes,from here itself you can switch over to work visa but you have to get NOC from your brother inlaw,then you dont need to to exit from Qatar.
