Please help me everyone who has the encountered the same situation before.

My husband is on family visit visa. His visa is due to expired in the next few months. I would like to ask if there is any possibility to bring him again in Doha under family visit visa. He may exit in UAE and may stay their for few days until I apply for his new family visit visa. Thank you in advance for your kind responses.

Can this re-entry be used outside i.e going to Indian and coming back?

take approval for re-entry visa before exit, so that he can enter with the same visa during the validity period, otherwise you can apply family visit only after 3 months of exit.
