Hi All,

I have applied for Family Visa and the committee rejected the first time mentioning the designation on RP and actual designation is different.

I have all the documents right including salary as required. My salary is well above 10000.

I need some one who is very influential to help me get the Family RP.

Can some one Please direct me to a proper source?

Really appreciate your help.

try to get visit visa to make things easy n faster... call 33735466 fr help

So, please write your position as per the RP at all the places. Sales Representative is allowed to sponsor wife....

Hi Sri,

My RP and contract has the same designation. But my actual designation is different. I mentioned my true designation on the application even though it is different to my RP and labour contract details (Labour contract and RP has designation as sales representative).

Dear Contracts are always made with the position of RP...Check for the NOC Letter to change the Position. No body can help unless your docs are correct.

Its gonna be a mess. I prefer if some one could help me out. Getting the PRO to change designation, redoing the contracts, etc... etc... is going to consume a lot of time.

Thats why I am looking for some help out

Speak to ur company PRO and get the designation corrected. Reapply again. Good luck
