the company is arranging my family visa and now the min of labor want me to attend a interview. What do they ask here and do i need totake any document despite the fact the company has provide the same?

If the Company as you said has submitted all your documents then you just need to attend the interview.
As far as I know, if the company already submitted the required documents, you don't need to bring any documents because it's already on their file. All you have to do is to attend the meeting on the scheduled date. Wishing you good luck for family visa application.

either company or by yourself its not an issue ...you basic should be greater than 7000 qar and you should have proper documents thats it....
