in Doha now awadays there are 2 options about the RP and visas:
either you will be under your comapny's sponsorship and this company had a registration under QFC (Qatar Financial Center Authority) in this case your matter is very easy.
OR if there is no registration for your company under QFC, then you need to apply through the regular track on the Immigration counter, honestly i am not sure whither the new immigration law which allows the lady to sponsor her husband/family been practiced or no.
but you can give it a try, addition to this, you know in this region it's all depend on what is your citizenship (passport).
