Family Residence Visa - Rejected - Lajna

My family residence visa was rejected, when I went to Al Garaffa to know the reason, they have wrote the Oct - 10th 5.30 in the reciept and asked me to come on that date.

But I applied for Visit Visa and brought my family here.

1. Now shall I go for that meeting in the above date, if so,

Whom I need to meet on that date, what are all the documents I need to carry ?

Do I need to get one more letter from my Company regarding the contract and salary details ?

OR

1. Is there any other way to convert this Visit Visa to Residence Visa, if so what are all the documents I need to carry and what formalities for that ?

2. Which form is used for Conversion ?

Please guide me to get the Family Residence Visa at the earliest.

In my reciept, that guy has written as "10th october PM 5.30"

Here PM comes in front of 5.30, does the arab guys write like that or PM stands for anything else ?

I am in little bit confusion to go in the morning or evening, because once again they should not tell me to come after one month.

Anyway tomorrow I will update you the scanned copy of my reciept, so that you can also give me a suggestion based on that.

Based on your above all suggestion, will go on 10th October for the Interview.

Actually My appilcation got rejected on September 2nd, on the same day I went over there, they have fixed the 10th October. But waiting period of one month is too horrible.

I have one more doubt regarding the Time they mentioned in the reciept. They simple mentioned as 5.30.

Will it be in the morning or evening ?

Thanks in advance for your favorable reply

yes u should go for that meeting, ure lucky u got appointment v soon unlike others, second u need nothing to carry with u, they will ask u some questions which u have to answer, try to convince them. third yes u can convert visit visa to family visa once u get ure appication accepted. when the status change at MOI site to ready to print, go to jawazat pay 200 QR for the visa and 500 to convert visit visa to residence visa. then again to medical and to finger print to get her ID. khalas.

good luck for the meeting.
