Family residence visa-partially approved

I have applied for family residence permit for wife and two children at ministry of labour with all necessary documentation. I have got a confirmation from MOL website after few days indicating 3 reference numbers to check in website. When I checked visa approval status in MOI website, it shows that 2 visa are ready to print and 1 "under process".

Can anybody suggest why only application is withheld. Is there any other formalities( My family was in visit visa previously and exited two months before) or I have to wait more. Where I have to contact if it is delayed further (Already 10 days elapsed)

Dear Manoj

Iam facing the same scenarion for the application submitted on 23/09. Two are approved for printing and thrid one under approval. Iam out of the country and checking why it has happened through our sponsor office. Mean while if you get an update on your visa status please post. Ishall keep post developments from my side.

If your one children above 18 they may hold. Any way you can go to labour office on 27th and pls. check what is the problem.
