i was working as a accountant in a company and the they didnt paid me th esalary for last 8 months ater complaining in a labour i got 5 month salary but now he he troubling me to give exit permit.and after 1one and half month he is asking me to submit all the details which i submitted long back .in this pls advice me.
labour court solves only upto 5 months if it is more than 5 five month they said me to go high court
Can someone explain why he only got 5 months and not the whole 8 months. What's the use of the Labour Court ?
First go to the Human Rights Committee and lodge your petition there. They would help you. They may also advise you to go back to the Labour Office and file a complaint. The Labour Office will help you get an exit and also all your balance dues.
