I am living on sharing accommodation , and for family visa i need a electricity bill and house agreement,

I am not clear , because i will not taking a full house
how i can provide all these requirement,

My current bill in on Pakistani name can i provide this as a proof and can i also make agreement with him ?

need help for proper guidance.

Yes you can attach the same bill which is over owner's name and also show the tenancy contract with him.
