ECR - What is required to bring relatives from India, whose passport shows ECR

Dear friends,

We are planning to bring our inlaws (Mother inlaw and sister inlaw) from India to visit qatar for a month during this summer vaccation. The passport second page shows emigration clearance required.

Is there any problem with ECR and what is needed to be done for getting them to Qatar.

I would request if someone can guide me in this regard.

For visit visa doesnt matter for ECNR stamps,just buy the tickets and get done ok to board in the local airlines office in Doha qatar.
