For an Indian Citizen, the ECR stamp means a person travelling to to the listed countries e.g. Qatar for employment needs clearance. if the purpose of travel is other than Employment then the clearance is not required.

The question is, for a person coming on visit visa it is clear that he is not coming for employment. Does this require any other certificate or affidavit etc, or certificate from Indian Embassy. I request someone who has brought their relative recently from India to Qatar for purpose of vist, to guide me as to what needs to be done. Thanking in anticipation. Regards

I am planning bring my wife on family visa, but i have one concern that my wife has ECR stamped Indian visa, So there will any problem for getting family visa for her, Please clear my concern?
