does the validity of a Saudi transit visa begin from the date of issue or the date when we enter it?

We are planning to spend a month in Dubai and want to go by car. Every thing is planned and we just recieved our Saudi transit visas which arrived earlier than the 10 days predicted by the agent. On checking the passports we noticed firstly that my husband's as well as my son's visa validity is for 180 days where as my daughters and i have only 30 days validity. Why is there a difference when we all applied together and paid the same amount!!!
Second and more importantly the date of issue is 3rd of July and according to the agent the validity starts from the date of issue! In this case i will have to leave Dubai 10 days earlier. All my plans will go to waste! I find it ridiculous as i believe the validity starts from the date of entry.
Have any of you travelled to Dubai by car? If so when does the validity start???And why is there a difference in the number of days of the visa??? i am just baffled!

As per my experience the validity date start on issue to travel within a month, and one month is validity date, the day you enter. or expiry date is also written.

Check with Kanoo travels they will guide u properly.
