DO EMPLOYER HAS THE RIGHT TO REJECT HER REQUEST?

No sponsor can stop her to come to your sponsorship. because waht the sponsor is cancelling is a JOB VISA and you are taking her into FAMILY VISA...

All she had to do is to stay in your home country for 3-4 months.. and you prepare all your needed eligibility documents and bring her first on visit visa and later convert to FAMILY VISA. ( when applying pls attach copy of her earlier Qatari ID also , it will make the effort so short )

you willbe surprised, she will get the same QATARI ID number of the earlier emplyment visa..!!!! it is very easy

I had a friend who was previously working under company sponsorship until her husband landed a job in a good company and became eligible to sponsor her.

What happened was she had to go back to her home country for a few months while they transfer her visa.The mandoop of her husband's company sort of pulled some strings to lift the ban in her visa.Her previous employer didnt give her release actually..

If your company can do that for your wife in case that her employer did not grant her a release then you can sponsor her.But if they did give her the NOC then you can easily transfer her visa under your sponsorship.

Why don't you go and speak to immigration - rather than relying on second hand information - they know best !
