i am seeking advice on what is the Qatar's labor law in order to get release from second sponsor?

actually i am on free visa and now going to change from current sponsor to an other one, Will i have rights to get release from second sponsor if ever i need in future?

yes exactly i can move freely from my current sponsor to another sponsor, still i could not get what i asked and the question is regarding release from second sponsor not about NOC.as my visa is arranged by first sponsor so second sponsor can make me bound to work under his sponsorship? if so do i have rights under qatar's labour law to get release from second sponsor..

There is no FREE Visa or equivalent to such. Maybe you mean from free visa is jumping from one company to the other because you are not taking your job seriously. If you are under a particular sponsorship you are no longer free, NOC is required and if not given, see you after two years!
