Certificates Attestation
Hello Guys!
I am here in Dubai, my 4 documents all attested by Philippine DFA, but only one was attested by UAE Embassy in Manila for I don't know reason why?
I have an offer letter to Qatar, and I need my docs to be attested by Qatar Embassy-Dubai. But before that, Qatar Embassy directed me to Dubai Ministry of Foreign Affairs for attestation before they stamp.
However, Dubai Foreign Affairs, only attested only one as this is the only one attested by UAE Embassy in Manila. So,Qatar Embassy-Dubai only attested one, leaving the other 3 unattested.
Is there an easy way to attest the other 3 docs by Qatar Embassy-Dubai, coz i can not afford to send back home the other 3 docs as this will take long time? Is it possible that other 3 docs can be attested in Qatar Foreign Affairs without passing through Qatar Embassy-Manila?

All docs should be red ribboned first in the philippines before the Philippine Embassy in Qatar will attest it and then later on stamped at Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar
A Colleague of mine attested his certificates from his Embassy in Qatar, then from the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Try to get a certificate stamped by the Philippine Embassy in Dubai, then go to Dubai Ministry of Foreign Affairs one more time.
I agree with Green SJ . Only ur highest degree would be attested. The Ministry of foreign Affairs in Qatar, would require you to attest ur degree from Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Manila, and Qatar Embassy in Manila. then u can attest it in here and you are set.
I have attested my degree with Qatar Embassy in Dubai, but it was not approved. They mention that it has to be from the country of the degree has been issued from.

They only attest the Highest degree. I have more than 350 certificates. Do you mean I have to attest all of them. They are Intelligent and want to save your money here. In your country, the computerised people want to Fly away with all your money.
