Cancelled & Expired Working Visa with NOC

Hi Guys,
Just want to have ideas on how i can resolve my problem, the story goes like this.
My company terminated me last January 23, 2013 and on that same day, they cancelled my visa, however, i cannot leave the country because i do have a bank loan. During that time, my company does not want to give me NOC so i stayed here in Doha until now, my work visa also has expiry date of May 5, 2012.
Now, after negotiating with my company, they are now convienced to give me NOC, however, they told me that i might have a court case already from the bank (but i doubt if i have because even if i dont have job, i still manage to continue paying my monthly loan obligation), however, when i clarified on the bank, they told me that the only thing that i need to do so they can remove the court case is for me to pay the full amount of my loan which is totally impossible because if i do have the capacity to do it, i should have done it long time so i wont stay here struggling. and besides these is the main reason why i convienced the company to give me NOC, so that i can find a new job and continue to pay the bank. I guess the bank is only threatening me.
What i did is i went to the Human Rights division o the Ministry of Interior to have some advise, and as i explained to them my situation, the officer told me that my bank case cannot affect the transferring of my sponsorship from the previous sponsor to the new sponsor, i also asked them that i might be obliged to exit Qatar before i can transfer the sponsorship because my previous working visa was cancelled, but on that case, i might not be allowed even to exit in neighboring GCC countries because i might have a hold order or travel ban due to the court case (in case there is really one) but the officer also told me that there are some cases that they exempt some to the exit especially if there is a valid reason and they told me that forms can be found at the MOI.GOV site.
Now my question is, is there anyone here can share their thoughts and idea or if there is anyone here who has the same experience before so i can manage to take plans before doing actions.
Pleas, to those who have a good heart, please give some piece of advise.

If the company already cancelled your visa means there is no travel ban and it is a mere threat by the bank's lowly collection staff. To verify this you can request your company PRO to take the exit permit after receiving your NOC. If the travel is imposed your exit permit won't come. There also another option for you to check if there is a travel ban on you, just visit the civil court behind commercial bank plaza at corniche and give your id number and they will check in the system, if there is a case against you. In all cases as the human rights people say there is no issue in transfer of sponcership locally without exiting.
