Goodmorning everyone! I am new here in QL. I just want to ask if any of you knows about my brothers case. He resigned from his company 1year back. He had no NOC. So he went for dubai to wait for his cancellation to get unblocked. I went to the ministry of labor earlier ghis morning ang the customer service told me that he can come back after 6mos. But i am still hearing that its still two years. Can somebody tell me where specifically to go to chek my brothers case. Thanks!

So the Ministry of Labor said 6 months, and QL says 2 years. It's really a hard choice.

The 6mnth rule is applicable for centain professions.

Better u take a visa(ikkama) copy of ur bro go to the immegration and ask em after how many months he can come back.

You should have asked this question to that person who told you 6 months as almost all QLers are telling that it is 2 years.

It is 2 Years from the Last date of departure from Qatar .If he do not have NOC .... 2 Years from the date of departure . Does not matter visa canceled or not......
