Can a wife sponsor his husband here?

Maron
By Maron

Hi!

Just want to know if a wife can sponsor his husband here? My friend is asking. All I know is that a husband as well as a father can. But I'm not sure whether a wife can.

Thanks

I am female working for HMC and although I am in middle management with a salary that exceeds the legal requirements by far, they (hmc) would not give their stamp of approval. For the past 18 months my husband has been commuting back home for 3 months when his visitor visa expires.

They will give you a answer of approval in 7 days after it you will need less than 15 days to do all the rest

My husband will possibly be canceled in few days.

My plan is to take him back under my sponsorship.

Can I possibly bring him under family visit visa?

His company will certainly not give NOC but mine will give me NOC to sponsor him.I am working as accountant with a british company

it is included in the new law, but it dpends on what type of work you have and also the salary you are getting. if u are in HMC u can, 100%no doubt.

such thing as wife sponsorship! the only possible scenario is that;

1. the company where she is employed will issue a business visa

2. this business visa will grant you entry to Qatar for maximum of 6 months

3. if you surpasses this 6 months and you fail to transfer the sponsorship you need to exit

thats all and your next move if you dont want to exit is to get a freelance visa which is very expensive...

it depends on how strong "her" sponsor is ...

Sponsorship does not matter about gender, it depends on salary, educational qualification and RP of sponsorer. ok.
