can a family visit visa for 6 months be extended up to 1 year?

my husband applied me and my baby a family visit for 6 months, now we are on our fifth month visit, can we extend it up to 1 year?...

thanks for the answers... thanks for the link... i hope we can extend our visa upto 1 year, my husbands whole family is here, my baby girl is now 2 and she is so close to her dad (dady's girl)... We also want to experience winter here, in the philippines there is no winter... if we will be back to philippines by october after 3 months we can go back here for another 6 months visa (summer again)...heheheh another expenses... but we are ready for what will happen next, for what is the will of God... We are thankful because we are still blessed to be together as a family... thank you guys... God bless!...

"People working in Qatar can sponsor family and relatives for a period of up to six months. (The initial stay is for one month, and this can be renewed up to a total of six months.) Wives and children can come for up to a year."

you can extend a maximum two months in certain cases if you see the captain there in the Immigration

No, it is not possible to extend family visit after 6 months. But you can apply for family visa if your husband meets the criteria, i.e QR 7500/- salary etc.
