this is regarding my friend's visa problem..
he came to Doha on 23 dec 2007 and got his workpermit he worked for a company and within 6 months he canceled the visa and went to another job in Singapore..
but his work permit valid until 23 /12/2009..

now he want to come back here.to get a job ..
can he enter Qatar now ?

Two years after your RP was cancelled, not two years after leaving the country.

If his visa and RP was cancelled then he can come back only after getting No Objection from his old sponsor.
