yes you can...under one clause,if the business visa person is willing to provide you an NOC.

for husband's sponsorship..

you need 6 months valid bank salary transfer statement.

Marriage certificate attested by the forien embassy qatar.

NOC letter from your Husbands sponsor.

Your husbands salary must not be less than 10000 QR.

Your Flat or Villa contract copy attested from municipality.

If everything above is ok ..ywe could conclude that your husband is eligible to sponsor you.
