Bringing my 76 year old Mom to Doha

Is there any possibilities that I can bring my 76 year old mom to Doha? She's well and fit for travel in fact she's leaving for the US next month and plans to stay there for 2 weeks. I'm hoping if I can apply for a visa for her to visit Qatar as well before going back to the Philippines. My basic salary fits in the family visit requirements but some say her age does not? I really want to bring my mom here while she's still alive and kicking. Its the best I can give to her on her golden years. Any suggestions pls??

Thanks guys!! I'll try bringing her first thru family visit visa. If not, I might opt to bring her thru tourist or airline visa. I hope Qatar immigration dept will be considerate for my mom's visa application. I believe the memories she'll have while staying with me in Doha for even a short span of time will be the best gift I can give to her for Mother's Day. ;-)
