When applying for Red Ribbon authentification for my marriage certificate, does my husband need to be present?(in person)

I will be applying for this during my vacation back home. I prefer to do this in Manila to speed up the process, instead of doing it through the PH embassy here.

red ribbon /authentication of documents like the Marriage contract can only be done at the DFA Manila and not at the Phil. Embassy.

You can do it alone,no need for hubby's presence.
