All: few questions on qatari employment law
can someone be kind to confirm the list, as per employment law:
1. how many days should the employer give for holiday. is it 30 days, in addition to public holidays?
2. should the employer provide medical insurance?
3. should the employer provide gratuity pay every year?

As Fictitious_ sam mentioned hereabove
1- 21 days paid leave after one year of service as per Qatar Labor Law for Labors but for engineers / doctors and managers it is 30 days after one year service.
2- Insurance card or Hamad Health card should be provided by the company but this is not compulsory as per labor law
3- 21 days salary as graduatee after one year service.
