I want my brother and family to bring qatar from muscat for 8 days visit , thursday they took the tickets already. what would be the fastest process of visa i can take now and if they r coming by visa on arrival is there any option so that i can pay here in the airport the money charges how can i do that .

they are entitled to visa on arrival as long as the profession of your brother is in the list of the professions that are allowed to have a visa on arrival. with regards to paying the charges here, why not send the money to your brother then he will be the one to pay it in the airport...
